It all begins with an idea. With a love for seafood and a passion for good times, Fab and Chris decided they’d start a party of their own, serving fresh Jersey oysters literally anywhere.

Both bros are currently planning their own weddings, and realised amongst the sea of caterers here in Jersey, there was something missing.
